i've had this dress all summer and it's been hanging in the closet, tags attached, unworn. i'm not sure why i've been saving it. anyway, i couldn't think of a better dress to help me attack work week than fierce animal print. i was slow to fall for the bootie craze but i'm a convert. i bought these at steve madden a few weeks ago. they were some kind of spin the wheel sale. my spin landed on 40% which meant these boots were super reasonable! one day i will have toned arms that will make michelle obama proud but until then i have a million cardigans to rock.

i got together with some old friends from high school this weekend and it was an absolute blast. i did my version of one of the rock/prep outfits from lucky and of course i forgot my stinkin' camera. i loved the outfit even though d thought the skirt was too short. i may go home and recreate the outfit so that i can post a picture.
