i experimented with using picnik on this one. what do you think?

it's another grey and wet friday so i thought i would brighten it up with this beautiful yellow. yellow can be a difficult color to wear so a lot of people avoid it. the key is to find the shade of yellow that compliments your skin tone. i love this bright lemony yellow especially paired with grey.i found this cute little belt at target the other. the little bow detail is so freakin' cute. i belted the cami to give my waist a little definition. grey is one my favorite neutral because i find it to be universally flattering. the yellow stripes on the sweater make it a little less drab. i've been searching for a pair of wide leg jeans for awhile. i found this great pair in target and they were only $28..yay! i think this outfit is the perfect antidote for a rainy friday.

sushi and a movie(the september issue opened...finally!) this weekend with my best friend and lots and lots of relaxing. have a wonderful weekend!

  2. Oh, you look so lovely! I normally don't approve of lace-trimmed camisoles, but you pull it off so well. So boho-casual-but-cool-and-polished chic.

Just discovered your blog btw -- very cute, and so much of my favorite addiction, Anthro :)
