Forgive me blogger for I have sinned. It's been more than a week since my last outfit post;)

Hey all! I hope you are well. It makes me sad panda that I've been neglecting this little space of mine:( I've been going through one of those periods were I'm not really wearing anything "special" or when I do manage to put together something blog-able(hmmmm...is that a word?) I'm too lazy I don't have my camera.

I was determined to give it the old college try today. This outfit is basically what I've been living the last week or so- simple top,skirt and cardi combo. Nothing too fancy, no crazy pattern mixing, nothing special but, you can't hit it out of the park on every try;)

After a busy, busy week, I have a three day weekend!!

Today since the husband had to work I decided to take myself to the movies.

I indulged in a little Woodie Allen-Midnight in Paris.

It was delightful and the perfect remedy for my overworked mind:)

Another Monday....

I'm in a sort of reflective mood. Not sad or melancholy-just trying to process.

Last night we saw Ray LaMontagne in concert. It was really one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.

It got me thinking about creativity....the people that create things-music,literature,art-that mean something. I think the whole disposable nature of our culture depresses me:( 

I'm happiest when I'm doing something creative. I feel a plan coming together in my head but I haven't been able to make anything concrete out of it and that is incredibly frustrating!

So yeah....a little emo for your Monday. You're welcome;)

So apparently there is no color I won't slap on my body and call it an outfit...and it's even better when I manage to fit a rainbow into one look;)

I actually wore this yesterday but was having problems with blogger-Boo!

After driving my daughter at around at 8 am on my day off and two meetings with two potential brides I'm going to kick back and lounge by the pool(even though I should be cleaning my house!) with a frozen strawberry lemonade from McDonald's(looooove!!!) and a magazine or 5;)

So I put this on this morning and when I paired it with a purple cardigan, I hated how it looked! Because in a blogger's mind matching just doesn't work....but leopard print cardigan with crazy inkblot shorts....hells to the yeah!!! This looks much better;)

I'm short on words today because I have a to-do list a mile long!
